Airport Carbon Accreditation

Since 2010, Naples Airport has decided to play its part in the fight against climate change by making a commitment to reduce both energy consumption and the emission of climate-changing gases. In 2018, these efforts resulted in the Airport attaining the highest level of Airport Carbon Accreditation issued by Airport Council International, which certifies it as a neutral airport with level 3+ Neutrality. This means that, each year, the airport achieves and certifies a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions and offsets the rest.
